En tant que Chef Barman, vous dépendrez directement du F&B Manager et vous serez responsable d'assurer la planification, coordination et supervision du service bar, du service client et du conseil produit afin de maximiser la consommation. Vous jouerez également un rôle d'ambassadeur pour le bar et le reste des points de vente de l'hôtel pour garantir un service de qualité et d'excellence, dépassant ainsi les attentes des clients.
