Dans le cadre de votre mission de Chef Barman, vous êtes responsable de l’organisation et de l’excellence du service bar, sous la supervision du F&B Manager.
Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous encadrez et animez l’équipe de barmen et assurez une coordination fluide entre le bar, la salle et la piscine, tout en garantissant une expérience client haut de gamme, personnalisée et conforme aux standards de l’établissement.
