The Biltmore Mayfair is looking for a Sous Chef for their all day dining restaurant concept. The Sous Chef will be working alongside some great Chefs and an amazing team and driving the menu & business forward, we are looking for someone focused on working with the best and who wants to grow and develop their culinary knowledge cooking fresh, seasonal produce dishes.
As a Sous Chef you are responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulation and mentoring Junior Sous Chefs, Chef De Parties, Demi CDPs and Commis Chefs, ensuring consistent presentation and standards.

The Biltmore Café offer all day British Dining with the elegant and sophisticated surrounding An all-year round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition, the hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function suites up to 100 guests.
