  • Create innovative Leadership Development solutions aligned to identify business and talent needs.
  • Identify critical focus areas for analysis, innovation, development, and implementation of integrated HR solutions that support organizational priorities and goals.
  • Partner with recruiting in creating an aligned strategy for internal and external recruitment of talent.
  • Plan, execute and implement Operations Leadership Development projects and process improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines and managing to a specific budget.
  • Manage external vendors to align the desired project outcomes and assess the progress and completion of project achievements.
  • Ensure Leadership Development solutions are delivered in an effective, cost-efficient manner using technology and other innovative delivery approaches where appropriate, as well as via instructor-led methods.
  • Provide regular status updates and create strategic presentations aimed at informing, aligning, and engaging senior partners.
  • Supports the development of the local HR and training community
  • Collaborates with Brand support, Global & Regional HR, and L&D teams
  • Work on special projects as identified by senior management
  • Utilizes results from Trip Advisors & Google Reviews etc. recommends and ensures implementation of action plans in order to improve results related to talent and leadership learning;
  • When needed, supports or arranges to support the HODs in preparing their annual training needs analysis, training plans, achieving their training objectives
  • Keeps updated with the latest trends and developments related to learning, development field
  • Working closely with the HR team and the HR Director on all HR related tasks and jobs. 

Profil

  • Previous experience as a L&D Manager within a 5* luxury hotel.
  • Have training experience on Forbes Travel Guide standards.
  • Calm and effective under dynamic time constraints while handling multiple, concurrent demands and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Initiative with minimal direction and quick to understand concepts.
  • Extraordinary critical thinking, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Effectively and creatively find solutions for hard problems.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, with communication skills to clearly. and directly communicate with a variety of individuals.
  • High level of integrity, flexibility, professionalism, and dedication.
