Le Night Audit est responsable de l'accueil, des check-in, check-out et assure le suivi de la qualité de l'accueil et des prestations délivrées à la clientèle de l'hôtel tout au long de leur séjour.
Il est responsable de la préparation de la main courante et la clôture journalière.
Il entretient et développe une relation privilégiée auprès de notre clientèle ainsi qu'avec les agences de voyage.
Il assure la qualité de service et des prestations délivrées à notre clientèle.
Il participe à l'ensemble des opérations de la caisse et réception.
Il participe au suivi de la gestion des plaintes clients.
