Responsable de coordinar y supervisar todas las operaciones del hotel en ausencia del Director General o de su designado durante las noches. Es el principal responsable de la seguridad y protección de los huéspedes y de garantizar la realización precisa y puntual de la función de auditoría nocturna durante el horario de 23:00 a 7:00 horas.
