We are recruiting for a casual Club Attendant to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
Key responsibilities of the Club Attendant will include:
- Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service in a luxury leisure environment.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and professional experience for all members and guests.
- Ensure EALU opens, operates, and closes to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and Health & Safety compliance.
- Supervise pool and fitness areas, ensuring safe and correct equipment use.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies (First Aid/Lifeguarding where applicable).
- Complete daily operational checks and follow all SOPs.
- Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and sign-ins professionally.
- Actively promote memberships, leisure facilities, and hotel services.
- Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
- Passion for fitness, leisure, and luxury hospitality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety standards.
- Fitness Instructor and/or Lifeguard qualification (or willingness to train).
- First Aid / Basic Life Support (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High standards of grooming, reliability, and attention to detail.
