L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez, recrute un Gestionnaire des Ressources Humaines (H/F) pour compléter son équipe. Nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste, ayant un esprit d’équipe, prête à s’investir pour plusieurs saisons.
Vos missions principales
- Gestion administrative du personnel
- Suivi des adhésions mutuelle et prévoyance, visites médicales, gestion des arrêts de travail/maladie...
- Accueil et intégration des collaborateurs
- Suivi des entrées et sorties des employés saisonniers
- Participation au process de recrutement, gestion et diffusion des annonces
- Contribution à la mise en place de notre marque employeur et de notre communication interne RH
- Participation à l’élaboration et au déploiement opérationnel de projets RH transversaux - Suivi des indicateurs RH (tableaux de bords, graphiques et valorisation des informations)
