En tant qu’alternant(e) en salle ou en cuisine, vous aurez l’opportunité de découvrir plusieurs pôles et d’évoluer aux côtés d’une équipe passionnée.
En salle :
Assurer l’accueil et la satisfaction des clients
Préparer et mettre en place la salle avant chaque service
Participer au service (prise de commande, service à table, suivi client)
Contribuer à l’ambiance et au bon déroulement du service.
En cuisine :
Participer à la mise en place et à la préparation des plats
Respecter les consignes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
Collaborer avec les différents postes (chaud, froid, pâtisserie…)
Découvrir plusieurs cuisines et techniques au sein de nos restaurants

First opened in 1910 as the Grand Hôtel Astoria to welcome guests of the World’s Fair, it reopened its doors on December 9, 2024, after a meticulous four-year restoration led by Belgian architect Francis Metzger.
