Offer description

  • Acogida y registro de entrada, registro de salida de los huéspedes (Uso de Opera Cloud).
  • Comunicación interna (lista de estado de las habitaciones,libro de contabilidad de la recepción y contribuir al bienestar de los huéspedes durante su estancia).
  • Proporcionar información a nuestros clientes durante la estancia, atención al cliente en relación con las habitaciones y llamadas.
  • Trabajo administrativo en relación con la recepción, dando soporte general al departamento.
  • Supervisar y corresponder a los Leading Hotel of the World Standards.

Profil

  • Nivel alto de español e inglés.
  • Ser honesto/a y digno/a de confianza, respetuoso/a, flexible, conconciencia y sensibilidad cultural.
  • Demostrar que comprende la importancia de la comunicación no verbal y la interacción con los/as demás. 
  • Demostrar un nivel de presencia impecable.
