Missions :

Offrir un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé à nos hôtes dès leur arrivée.
Assurer la prise en charge, la prise en soin et le transport des bagages en chambre.
Présenter les équipements des chambres et veiller au confort absolu des clients.
Assister l'équipe de la Conciergerie et du Voiturier selon les besoins du service.

Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service client (idéalement dans l'hôtellerie de luxe).
