En tant que Plongeur / Aide cuisine, vous intégrez la brigade du Chef de Cuisine et assurez le nettoyage de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et du matériel de cuisine utilisés durant les services.
Vous contribuez activement à la propreté et à l’organisation des espaces de travail, indispensables au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine et au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
