Le Portier est une personne clé dans la prestation de notre expérience du service à la clientèle. Il sert de guide, d’ambassadeur et est la première personne qui crée le sentiment d’accueil pour le client. Il est essentiel que le Portier possède une connaissance approfondie du fonctionnement de l’hôtel car les clients ont besoin d’une vaste gamme d’informations.
