More Than Just a Reception Role:

Here, you’ll be a facilitator of luxurious experiences, welcoming and assisting guests from check-in to check-out and presenting the wide range of unique services our resort offers. Your energy and warmth will be essential in creating a welcoming and unforgettable atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional experience for guests through guidance and support;
• Prepare arrivals for the day and handle phone calls;
• Manage master keys, vehicles, and safes;
• Perform check-ins and check-outs, and create control lists;
• Manage documents and prepare the daily information sheet for restaurants;
• Close the cash register and compile accommodation statistics.
