Rattaché(e) à Monsieur Marwan SADAKA, Chef de réception, le/la Réceptionniste de Nuit (H/F) sera notamment chargé(e) des fonctions suivantes :
Début de contrat: dès que possible
Informations contractuelles: 35h par semaine - travail de nuit 21h à 7h30
Expérience : une expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste, de préférence dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ou dans un environnement similaire, est souhaitée. Une première expérience de travail de nuit est un plus.
Compétences : excellente présentation, sens du service, maîtrise des outils informatiques (logiciels hôteliers, MS Office), gestion du stress, autonomie.
Qualités personnelles : rigueur, réactivité, capacité à travailler de manière autonome, et excellent relationnel avec les clients, même à des horaires tardifs.
Langues : la maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Toute autre langue (espagnol, italien, etc.) est un plus.
