Notre hôtel 5 étoiles situé au cœur de Bordeaux recherche un(e) Réceptionniste Polyvalent(e) – Réception & Service Restaurant en CDI
✨ Vos missions principales :
• Accueil et accompagnement d’une clientèle internationale
• Gestion des arrivées et départs (check-in / check-out)
• Suivi des réservations et demandes clients, conciergerie
• Participation au service en salle (petit-déjeuner, bar ou restaurant)
• Coordination avec les différents services
• Contribution à une expérience client haut de gamme
• Formation en hôtellerie/restauration (en cours ou diplômé(e))
• Sens du service et excellente présentation
• Polyvalence et adaptabilité
• Français & anglais courants (une autre langue est un plus)
• Dynamique, organisé(e) et esprit d’équipe

Formerly a late 19th century private mansion nestled in the heart of Bordeaux, Yndo Hotel was transformed in 2013 into a unique 5-star gallery-hotel combining elegance and creativity. This establishment reinvents luxury accommodation by offering a warm and intimate atmosphere where every detail is carefully thought of to provide a unique experience.
The hotel team comprises 17 dedicated members across various departments – reception, kitchen, and housekeeping – working together to provide each guest with a memorable and fully personalized experience.
