Missions principales :
• Assurer l’exécution efficace des process de développement RH selon la stratégie définie par la DRH et seconder la Responsable Développement RH.
• Accueillir les nouvelles recrues et organiser leur intégration selon un parcours clairement défini.
• Consolider les besoins de formation par département.
• Préparer le plan de formation et établir les calendriers en lien avec les directeurs et managers.
• Suivre les contrats spéciaux de formation avec l’OFPPT et veiller à la bonne application de la procédure de gestion des intérimaires.
• Proposer et déployer des actions de communication interne. Participer à l’organisation des événements RH et gérer la facturation des intérimaires avec les agences.
