As our Spa Reception Host (Russian Speaker), you will create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. With genuine care, attention to detail and a passion for wellbeing, you will coordinate appointments, respond to enquiries and help ensure each spa journey feels seamless and memorable.
You will:
- Welcome guests with warmth, empathy and professionalism
- Manage spa reservations, enquiries and guest preferences
- Share information about treatments, services and facilities
- Coordinate closely with therapists and other hotel teams
- Maintain an organised, calm and inviting reception area
- Support retail recommendations and spa administration
- Help turn every guest encounter into a meaningful experience
Required Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception or guest-facing role
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A caring, positive and professional approach
