Sous la supervision de la Responsable Expérience Client Restauration, vous veillerez en qualité de Chargé(e) de Relation Clientèle Restauration Call Center à la qualité de l'accueil et au suivi relationnel client des points restauration dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein du Ritz Paris.
