Profil

Formación en turismo, en gestión hotelera o similar
Se valorará formación en atención al cliente, protocolo, etc.
Buena presencia
Trato exquisito al cliente, orientado al servicio.
Responsable, eficiente y organizado. Flexible. Resolutivo.
Persona empática, que realice una escucha activa, buena comunicadora y asertiva
Español, inglés y francés imprescindibles. Se valorará ruso
Conocimientos en programas de gestión hotelera. Se valorará Ópera
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en hotel de 4-5*
Se valorarán conocimientos de estándares de calidad de Leading Hotels o marcas similares
