Comme chaqué été, notre hôtel 5 étoiles situé au cœur de Bordeaux recherche un(e) stagiaire Réceptionniste Polyvalent(e) – Réception & Service Restaurant entre mai et fin septembre (6 mois) pour la saison.
Vos missions principales :
• Accueil et accompagnement d’une clientèle internationale
• Gestion des arrivées et départs (check-in / check-out)
• Suivi des réservations et demandes clients, conciergerie
• Participation au service en salle (petit-déjeuner, bar ou restaurant)
• Coordination avec les différents services
• Contribution à une expérience client haut de gamme
• Formation en hôtellerie/restauration (en cours ou diplômé(e))
• Sens du service et excellente présentation
• Polyvalence et adaptabilité
• Français & anglais courants (une autre langue est un plus)
• Dynamique, organisé(e) et esprit d’équipe
