As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first and lasting impression of the spa, delivering a warm, seamless and personalised guest experience in line with Forbes Five-Star standards. You will ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a flawless arrival and departure experience
- Manage bookings, enquiries and guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate effectively with therapists to maintain a smooth and timely guest journey
- Provide expert knowledge of treatments, facilities and products to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and Forbes service protocols at reception
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa reception
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Polished, personable and detail-focused with a passion for guest service
