Offer description

Prise de contact avec les clients une fois le dossier confirmé et sécurisé (acompte perçu, devis signé, D&B renseigné). Cette prise de contact se fait en appuie et en amont avec le Planner en charge du dossier.
Envoi de la fiche de synthèse au client visant à rassembler l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la bonne réalisation d’un dossier
Création de la fiche de fonction basée sur les retours des clients
Upselling (Salles, Restauration, activité extérieure, transfert…) sur tous les dossiers
Organisation et animation de la réunion de fonctions hebdomadaire avec l’ensemble des Chefs de service.

Niveau de formation : bac +2/3,
Excellente présentation
Aisance orale et relationnelle
Organisation et adaptabilité
Flexibilité
Connaissance de l'anglais
Connaissances informatiques (Opéra PMS et S&C, Micros)
