We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Linen Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at our luxury hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Supervise, support, and coordinate the daily activities of the Linen Porter team to ensure efficient operation and high standards are maintained
- Oversee the distribution of clean linen, towels, and guest supplies to all departments in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all linen storage areas, cupboards, and stock rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
- Monitor linen stock levels, conduct regular inventories, and liaise with the Accommodation team to maintain adequate stock availability
- Coordinate the smooth flow of laundry and linen services throughout the hotel, ensuring departmental requirements are met efficiently
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to Linen Porters, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures and service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest floors, linen rooms, and storage areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards
- Support the Accommodation department with cleaning and deep-cleaning projects as required
- Ensure stock, linen, and accommodation supplies are delivered to guest floors and service areas as required
- Report maintenance issues, damaged linen, and equipment faults promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist the Accommodation Management team with scheduling, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Linen Porter function
- Promote a positive team culture while ensuring all health, safety, and hotel policies are consistently adhered to.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Accommodation Manager or senior management team.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or professional housekeeping environment
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to high standards
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
