The Role: Team Leader – Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Housekeeping colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and care.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Opera or hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
