- Provide high-quality face and body treatments in line with spa protocols and brand standards
- Deliver a seamless, personalised guest journey from consultation to aftercare
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold all hygiene, grooming and Forbes standards
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and actively contribute to retail recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience
