Le Domaine de Verchant offers two distinct culinary experiences, each with its own identity. The restaurant Marcelle, led by Chef Alexandre Caillaud and supported by Franck Putelat, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019, represents gastronomic excellence. Its bold menu blends tradition and modernity, celebrating seasonal products sourced from the Domaine’s organic vegetable garden and local artisans. Every dish is crafted to enhance flavors and provide a unique experience.
Just minutes away, the second restaurant nestled among the vineyards offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. With 70 seats, it invites guests to unwind over Mediterranean flavors prepared from fresh regional produce. This peaceful setting, sheltered from urban bustle, is perfect for enjoying a gourmet and convivial moment where simplicity and elegance combine for the pleasure of all diners.

Le Domaine de Verchant is a privileged setting to celebrate your most precious events. Its shaded park and traditional Languedoc courtyard offer an idyllic backdrop for ceremonies and cocktail receptions, combining charm and authenticity.
The spacious, air-conditioned reception hall of 280 m² can host over 200 seated guests and features a fully equipped dance floor. Its terrace, covered by a crystal marquee, offers breathtaking views of the vineyards; an ideal setting to create an unforgettable wedding or reception.
Beyond weddings, the Domaine also hosts professional events: seminars, conventions, product launches, and gala evenings. The Grand Chai and Prestige rooms, adaptable and available year-round, are designed to bring teams together in a friendly and elegant environment conducive to success and creativity.

The vineyard and cellar – The soul of the Domaine

The vineyard has always been at the heart of Le Domaine de Verchant’s identity. Today, 40 hectares of vines are cultivated using organic and sustainable farming methods, on soil rich with rolled pebbles and benefiting from ideal exposure to the mistral wind and sea breezes.
The vineyard has expanded to include Château des Mazes, enhancing the diversity and richness of its production.
The former vats have been transformed into prestigious cellars offering a selection of fine French and international grands crus. The sommelier organizes themed tastings for small groups, allowing guests to discover the terroir’s richness and the finesse of the wines.
The Domaine’s boutique cellar complements this experience by offering a curated range of cuvées, along with personalized advice to guide each client’s choice, extending the Domaine’s magic beyond the stay.

Surrounded by 17 hectares of vineyards, expanded to 40 hectares in 2022 with the acquisition of Château des Mazes, the Domaine offers a rare connection with nature. The Méjanelle terroir, with its pebbled soils, Mediterranean breezes, and mistral winds, brings character to the wines and serenity to the estate.
