Following the October 2024 launch of his eponymous brand and artisanal sister label Sna’ap, the chef now introduces a bespoke creation that celebrates the unique cultural and natural richness of Dhofar, Oman.

Signature culinary creation: The Anantara Khareef Chocolate 

Crafted exclusively for Khareef season 2025, the limited-edition Anantara Khareef Chocolate captures the essence of Salalah’s lush landscape and ancestral heritage. Made with locally sourced ingredients including Salalah’s prized frankincense and a delicate coconut katayef blend, the chocolate offers a refined and layered flavour experience with an unmistakable Omani character. 

Seasonal offering at Al Mina: A gourmet destination experience 

Guests can indulge in this seasonal delicacy at Al Mina, the resort’s scenic Mediterranean beachfront restaurant, from June to August 2025. More than a dessert, this creation is a celebration of place, merging craftsmanship, terroir, and modern culinary artistry. The collaboration underscores the resort’s focus on curated guest experiences rooted in local storytelling and flavour.

In addition to the Khareef chocolate, visitors will also be treated to Chef Nouel’s nostalgic Coconut Malva Cake: a warm, familiar dessert elevated with his signature creative touch. This comforting sweet completes the seasonal offering, blending tradition and innovation.
