A new destination on Morocco’s northern coast

Announced in October 2026, Four Seasons Resort Tangier is being developed in partnership with Royal Resort Cap Malabata, a luxury development backed by GFH Bank.

The property will occupy a coastal location where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, with views across the Strait of Gibraltar towards Spain. The setting places the resort at the crossroads of different landscapes and cultural influences.

Strengthening Four Seasons’ Moroccan portfolio

The Tangier project will become the fourth Four Seasons property in Morocco, joining the group’s existing hotels in Casablanca, Marrakech and Rabat.

The development reflects the continued interest of international luxury hospitality brands in Morocco, where established cultural destinations and coastal locations offer different ways to experience the country.

For Tangier, the project represents a new addition to its high-end hospitality offering. For Four Seasons, it extends the brand’s presence into a distinctive part of the Moroccan coastline.
