Perched elegantly on a cliffside plateau, the resort will offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean’s azure expanse. Guests will enjoy direct access to a pristine, secluded beach and can indulge in infinity pools and cliff-edge dining experiences. Wellness retreats, embedded within the cliffs, will offer a tranquil escape for rejuvenation.

Designed by the renowned Design Lab architects and Jeffrey Wilkes, with lush landscaping by Bill Bensley, this contemporary retreat beautifully integrates with its surroundings. It celebrates Balinese culture through its exquisite craftsmanship, all while reflecting Mandarin Oriental’s hallmark of meticulous attention to detail.

Laurent Kleitman, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “We are thrilled to extend Mandarin Oriental’s legendary hospitality and exceptional experiences to Bali. This resort, with its spectacular cliff-top setting and thoughtful design, alongside our award-winning service, will offer an unmatched blend of serenity and sophistication.”

The venture is a collaboration with local real estate developer Harmoni Bali. Leo Koguan, Chairman of Harmoni Bali, shared his excitement: “We are honored to partner with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to elevate luxury hospitality in this extraordinary location. Our goal is to create a world-class resort experience that becomes a highly coveted destination.”

The property will feature 110 elegantly appointed suites and villas, each designed to harmonize with the natural beauty of the island. Guests can expect private terraces or gardens, with many villas boasting private pools. Unique dining options will include a cliff-edge restaurant and bar, a specialty Chinese restaurant, a speakeasy bar, and a beach club, offering a culinary journey that highlights both Indonesian and international cuisine. A sprawling cliff-front lawn will serve as a picturesque setting for weddings and events, promising to enhance every special occasion.

For those seeking relaxation, the all-inclusive Mandarin Oriental Spa will provide a serene sanctuary with a comprehensive range of wellness treatments. Spa guests can enjoy signature programs and Balinese-inspired treatments, along with heat and water therapies, outdoor swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center, and yoga spaces. Additional amenities include a dedicated Kids Club, tennis and padel courts, a beach club with water sports, an organic garden, and a sustainability lab.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the resort’s proximity to the prestigious Bukit Pandawa Golf Course and the Bali National Golf Club.

Mandarin Oriental’s branded Residences will feature 68 private villas, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms, set on an 8-hectare site above the hotel. Owners will benefit from a dedicated clubhouse with lounge areas, coworking spaces, event facilities, and a private gym and swimming pool. Residents will also enjoy access to the resort's extensive facilities.

The Bukit Peninsula, known for its dramatic coastline, white sandy beaches, and stunning cliff-tops, offers an ideal backdrop for exploration. The resort is conveniently located 30 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and the popular tourist spots of Jimbaran, Uluwatu, and Sanur.

Bali, famed for its rich cultural heritage, stunning beaches, and lush landscapes, is a top leisure destination. Known as the ‘Island of the Gods,’ it offers a spectacular blend of rice terraces, volcanic scenery, tropical forests, and vibrant festivals.
