A harmonious vision of integrated living

The resort will feature 121 spacious, beautifully designed rooms and suites. Enhancing the property’s prestige will be 97 branded residences, ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. These exclusive residences will offer a seamless ownership proposition, each boasting its own dedicated amenities and private access to a lounge, meeting space, pool, and fitness areas.
Commenting on this landmark project, Laurent Kleitman, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental, noted: “Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates represents an important milestone for the Group as we continue to expand our presence in the region. This project, our first dedicated golf resort, highlights the strength of our partnership with Wasl and reflects our shared vision to create exceptional destinations. By combining world-class hospitality with golf, equestrian and wellness experiences, this resort will offer a lifestyle found nowhere else in the city, while the branded residences will create a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who share an appreciation for exceptional living”.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental: a sanctuary of holistic wellbeing

A significant highlight of the resort will be The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a dedicated space for holistic wellness. Nearly 5,000 square metres of immersive facilities will be dedicated to wellbeing, presenting an extensive range of the Group's signature wellness, beauty, and massage treatments. The serene environment will feature:

  • Male and female-only pools.
  • An outdoor meditation area.
  • A barber and a salon.
  • Three additional swimming pools.

These facilities will be complemented by a comprehensive programme of wellness-led experiences integrated across the resort.

World-class sporting and culinary destinations

As part of the broader Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Next Chapter development, guests and residents will enjoy access to exceptional leisure amenities.

  • Golf Facilities: World-class facilities include an 18-hole championship course, driving range, academy, and agronomy programmes. These are anchored by a Golf Clubhouse featuring a lobby, membership lounges, a pro shop, sports bar, gym, and extensive locker facilities.
  • Equestrian Centre: A dedicated Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse, spanning over 7,000 square metres, will offer indoor and outdoor arenas, training facilities, stabling, retail, and scenic riding trails.

For gastronomy, guests and residents will enjoy a choice of six dining venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club, a Halfway Hut on the course, and Mandarin Oriental's signature elevated gastronomy concepts. The property will also offer extensive meeting and event spaces, including a large ballroom and two outdoor venues.

HE Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, Group Chief Executive Officer, Wasl Group, added that the partnership “marks a defining moment in our mission to shape Dubai's next era of integrated living... At Wasl, we are committed to shaping destinations that seamlessly integrate wellness, connectivity and sophistication on a global scale”.
