This Ramadan, Maserati collaborates with Italian chef Massimo Bottura to promote his ‘Food for Soul’ initiative and support his mission to fight global food waste.
Food for Soul is a cultural project founded by Chef Massimo Bottura and his wife Lara Gilmore to support the fight against global food wastage, social isolation and build healthier and more equitable food systems. His book ‘Bread is Gold’, which also supports the cause, is the first book to take a holistic look at the subject of food waste, allowing to prepare extraordinary meals from ordinary and sometimes 'wasted' ingredients.
To celebrate and share this revolutionary approach to food, Maserati partnered with Massimo Bottura in the creation of an exclusive gift box dedicated to a selected number of VIP customers and friends of the brand. The aim of the project is to spread this meaningful message through the Maserati community, getting to know how to prepare dishes that can change the way we feed the world. The box includes a copy of the ‘Bread is Gold’ which includes the famous zero-waste recipe of the three-Michelin-star chef: Fusilli Breadcrumb Pesto Pasta.
This simple dish is deeply rooted in Italian history and culture,but reinterpreted with a creative and sustainable twist.
