Founded in Valenza, Italy, in 1984 and headquartered in Milan, Vhernier has been under the ownership of the Traglio family since 2001. The Maison is celebrated for its bold sculptural and ergonomic shapes, inspired by the curves of the human body and the essential forms of modern sculpture. Vhernier's jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Valenza, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

This acquisition marks a significant addition to Richemont's portfolio of prestigious Maisons, further strengthening its presence in the luxury jewelry market. The transaction is expected to have no material financial impact on Richemont's consolidated net assets or operating results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Both Johann Rupert, Chairman of Richemont, and Carlo Traglio, Chairman of Vhernier, expressed their enthusiasm for the acquisition. Rupert highlighted Vhernier's distinguished design aesthetic, which complements Richemont's existing collection of renowned jewelry Maisons. Traglio expressed confidence in Vhernier's future under Richemont's stewardship and expertise.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Vhernier's results will be reported within Richemont's Jewellery Maisons business area.

Richemont's acquisition of Vhernier underscores its commitment to nurturing its Maisons and businesses, enabling them to grow and prosper responsibly and sustainably over the long term.
