Richemont Appoints Laurent Malecaze as President & CEO of Chloé

In a recent announcement, Richemont revealed that Laurent Malecaze would take the helm as the new President and CEO of Chloé, succeeding Riccardo Bellini, who has decided not to renew his mandate after four successful years. Bellini's tenure marked a transformative period for Chloé, with notable achievements in financial and creative realms. His visionary leadership facilitated the appointment of Chemena Kamali as the new Creative Director, setting the stage for the Maison's continued success.


During Bellini's term, Chloé not only experienced financial growth but also embraced sustainability, solidifying its position as a purpose-driven company. Philippe Fortunato, CEO of Richemont’s Fashion and Accessories Maisons, acknowledged Bellini's contributions and thanked him for reconnecting Chloé with its purpose. Bellini's departure at the end of December 2023 will make way for Laurent Malecaze, who brings a wealth of experience from overseeing a successful turnaround at dunhill and leading AZ Factory in collaboration with Alber Elbaz. Laurent is poised to lead Chloé through a period of creative renewal, fostering growth alongside Chemena Kamali.
