With 75 floors, it will be one of the tallest hotels in Downtown Dubai
After years of anticipation, SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is set to launch in Q2 2021, with a planned date in March.
The 75-floor hotel is being brought to life by hospitality firm sbe – which was acquired by Accor in December – as well as World of Wonders Real Estate Development (WOW RED).
The hotel will certainly live up to that wow factor, with 254 hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments and 371 branded residences, along with a range of F&B venues.
Designed by Bishop Design, led by sister title Commercial Interior Design's designer of the year Paul Bishop, the interiors are full of unique artworks, accents and aesthetics. Other key design features include two infinity pools on the rooftop, each providing views of Dubai’s evolving skyline.

Even before its opening, the hotel has been a big win for sbe’s residential platform, contributing to the 1,300 branded residential units sold to date, equal to around US$2 billion.
Restaurants range from Italian outlet Fi'ila, Carna by Dario Cecchini – Tuscan steakhouse, S Bar, Privilege, EllaMia café and the 12 Chairs Caviar Bar.
