Located in the Bay of Cannes, Château de Théoule offers an exceptional 360° panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Formerly a soap factory, this property has evolved over time, transitioning from a private residence to a vacation center, before being acquired by Groupe BMF in 2021, with the support of the Banque des Territoires and Caisse d’Épargne Côte d’Azur.
Since its acquisition, Groupe BMF has launched an ambitious renovation project aimed at rehabilitating the three main buildings of the property: the château, the villa (formerly an annex building), and the boat shed.
Following the renovation, Château de Théoule has become a 5-star hotel, offering 44 rooms and suites, along with high-end facilities, including a gourmet restaurant, two bars, a spa, and an outdoor pool.
In addition to its accommodation and leisure facilities, Château de Théoule features a private beach, La Plage Blanche, complete with a beach restaurant and bar, both operational since June 2022.
In the spring of 2025, the hotel will join the prestigious collection of Leading Hotels of the World, further confirming its excellence and international standing.
