Le/la Stagiaire Agent de Réservations soutient l’équipe des réservations en aidant à gérer les demandes et en apprenant à convertir les appels en réservations confirmées. Sous supervision, le/la stagiaire apprendra à offrir une expérience téléphonique exceptionnelle tout en développant une attitude professionnelle et accueillante, reflétant la qualité et les normes de l’hôtel. Une attitude positive, une volonté d’apprendre et le sens du détail sont essentiels pour développer les compétences nécessaires à la réussite dans ce rôle.
Located in the heart of Brussels’ royal district, Corinthia Brussels is a jewel of Belle Époque architecture. First opened in 1910 as the Grand Hôtel Astoria to welcome guests of the World’s Fair, it reopened its doors on December 9, 2024, after a meticulous four-year restoration led by Belgian architect Francis Metzger.
