Suivi administratif des commandes fournisseurs (réception de devis, bons de livraison, rapprochements, relances).
Gestion et mise à jour des fiches techniques, inventaires, allergènes et normes HACCP.
Coordination logistique entre cuisine, salle, service événementiel et approvisionnements.
Soutien à la planification des menus, des plannings et des besoins en matériel.
Participation à l’organisation d’événements (logistique F&B, brief équipes, suivi post-event).
Préparation de supports internes (affichages, tableaux de suivi, étiquetages, etc.).
Veille au respect des procédures internes, des normes d’hygiène et de qualité.
Interface entre les équipes cuisine, les fournisseurs et les autres départements.
Formation en hôtellerie-restauration, gestion ou logistique (BTS, licence, école spécialisée…).
· Intérêt pour l’univers F&B et la gestion opérationnelle.
· Excellent sens de l’organisation et rigueur administrative.
· Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, éventuellement logiciels de gestion F&B).
· Capacité à s’intégrer dans une équipe, à communiquer efficacement.
· Discrétion, autonomie, esprit d’initiative.
