Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Stagiaire Guest Relation (F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe et participer à l’excellence de l’expérience client au sein de notre établissement.
Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de l’hôtel, vous êtes au cœur de la relation client et incarnez l’élégance du service sur-mesure. Doté(e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel, d’une présentation soignée et d’une grande capacité d’adaptation, vous veillez à offrir à chaque client une expérience unique et inoubliable.
Ce stage est une opportunité idéale pour développer vos compétences en hospitalité de luxe, au sein d’un environnement dynamique et bienveillant.
VOS MISSIONS
· Accueillir et accompagner les clients VIP tout au long de leur séjour, en leur offrant un service personnalisé et attentif.
· Anticiper et répondre aux attentes des clients, en assurant un suivi proactif et en proposant des expériences adaptées à leurs préférences.
· Gérer les demandes spéciales et veiller à la satisfaction des clients avant, pendant et après leur séjour.
· Assurer une communication fluide entre les différents services de l’hôtel (réception, conciergerie, housekeeping, restauration, spa…) pour garantir une expérience optimale.
· Personnaliser l’expérience client en s’appuyant sur notre CRM Duve et en mettant en œuvre les standards du programme de fidélité Preferred.
· Assister dans la gestion des retours clients et proposer des solutions adaptées en cas de demandes spécifiques ou de réclamations.
· Créer un lien avec la clientèle régulière et contribuer à leur fidélisation.
· Encourager les clients à partager leur expérience sur les réseaux sociaux et sur les plateformes d’avis
· Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en hôtellerie ou tourisme et recherchez un stage de 6 mois pour approfondir votre expertise en service client.
· Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’univers du luxe et aimez offrir une expérience exclusive et sur-mesure à chaque client.
· Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel, un grand souci du détail et une véritable culture du service.
· Vous êtes dynamique, proactif(ve) et savez gérer plusieurs demandes avec aisance.
· Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et idéalement une autre langue étrangère.
· Votre présentation est élégante et irréprochable, à l’image de l’accueil que nous souhaitons offrir.
· Une première expérience en relation client ou en hôtellerie est un plus.

The name of this unique establishment was created by the greatest French artist and designer of the 1930s, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, for the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925, which spread the Art Deco movement worldwide. Ruhlmann gave this name to the most beautiful pavilion of the exhibition that he designed for an imaginary collector, embodying his aesthetic ideal.
Our luxury hotel, decorated by renowned designers Jacques Garcia and Alexandre Danan, draws inspiration from the most prestigious Art Deco artists to recreate the elegance of grand transatlantic liners and the charm of the 1930s. The monumental staircase leading to the main reception room is inspired by the grand staircases of the famous ocean liners Normandie and Ile de France. Original furniture and artworks acquired through auctions around the world are displayed throughout the hotel, where every corner offers new discoveries from artists like Ruhlmann, Armand-Albert Rateau, Edgar Brant, Süe and Mare, and Erté.
