The reception areas, lounges, bar, library and restaurants make the main building a place of life. The Arabo-Andalusian architecture and the interior decoration make it a place of art and culture. The zelliges, glazed clay tiles, the smooth and shiny tadlakts (lime plaster) contrast with the lacy plasterwork. The wrought iron of the light fittings competes in finesse with the carved wood of the doors. Innovation dominates the engineering of the service. Underground tunnels lead to each of the 53 riads.
