Le Majordome est l'interlocuteur privilégié de l’hôte pendant son séjour. Il coordonne toutes ses demandes, suivant le protocole MCM et s’assure du bon état et du bon fonctionnement du Riad durant le séjour. Il est le garant de la promesse et de l’expérience client Royal Mansour.

Luxury and service exceed the traveler's expectations by warmly embracing them into the heart of Moroccan lifestyle and art of living. The owners of Royal Mansour Marrakech wanted to celebrate here the architecture, traditional decorative arts, contemporary creation, and culinary arts of Morocco.
The hotel is an integral part of heritage. Cedar wood, intricately carved bronze, and sculpted plasterwork adorn the monumental entrance reminiscent of the grand gates of imperial cities. Just like the famous "Bab el Khemis" (the Thursday gate), the gates of Royal Mansour Marrakech promise "happiness, wealth, and prosperity". The reception areas, lounges, bar, library, and restaurants make the main building a place of life. Arab-Andalusian architecture and interior decoration make it a place of art and culture. Zelliges, glazed clay tiles, smooth and shiny tadlakts (lime plasters) contrast with lace-like plasterwork. The wrought iron of the light fixtures rivals the delicacy of the carved wood doors.
