L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez, recrute un Chef de Rang (H/F) pour compléter son équipe.
Le Chef de Rang (H/F) est responsable de son rang et prend en charge le client de façon complète (accueil, service, encaissement).
Elle/Il doit être un bon technicien et professionnel vis-à-vis du client. Dans le cadre de cette responsabilité, elle/il peut être secondé(e) par un commis (H/F) de salle qu’elle/il encadre et forme.
