Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is currently seeking for dynamic, motivated and talented "Commis / Assistant Cook / Cook" to join its team. If you are looking for an exciting challenge, this opportunity is just for you !

RESPONSIBILITIES

Good knowledge in kitchen
Preparation of Food for Flights.
Assist in food production for standards.
Assist in preparation and portioning as and when required.
Ensure Hygiene and cleanliness of areas and coolers at all times.
Maintain all equipment in working condition.
Co-ordinate with all the productions center for on completion of flight production.

Minimum requirements NC3/NC2
School Certificate
Previous Experience in the Hotel & Restaurant environment
