Le/La concierge répond aux différents besoins des clients. Il les aide à gagner du temps et rend leur séjour aussi confortable et agréable que possible. Son rôle est de satisfaire les demandes de sa clientèle (touristes, hommes d'affaires, VIP) sans jamais faillir.
Il (Elle) véhicule l’image de l’hôtel par son attitude exemplaire, son accueil chaleureux et convivial, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité.
Le/La concierge gère les relations avec les prestataires extérieurs (loueur de voiture, restaurants …) et renseigne les clients sur les activités de la ville. Le/la Concierge mémorise également toutes les habitudes et préférences des clients afin de les satisfaire au mieux lors de leur séjour ou prochains séjours
