Au sein de notre établissement 5* de 37 chambres, avec le restaurant « CLEO » et notre spa, les concierges jouent un rôle primordial et sont très appréciés de notre clientèle.
Ils représentent l'hôtel et s'assurent de l'excellence du séjour de nos clients haut de gamme.
Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous enseigner les codes de l'hôtellerie de luxe. Vous serez formé à l'accueil, au traitement des demandes (mail, téléphone, en direct) et travaillerez au sein d'une équipe très professionnelle et humaine.
Vous collaborerez également avec l'équipe en réception et celle du restaurant Le Cleo.
Les avis en ligne (TripAdvisor, booking.com, google…) sont excellents et font très souvent référence au service de notre conciergerie qui est exceptionnelle !
