En MAJESTIC HOTEL & SPA, queremos incorporar al equipo a un/una CONCIERGE, 40h/semana.


Te pediremos las siguientes FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Atención integral al cliente: Gestión de peticiones de conserjería antes, durante y después de la estancia, anticipándose a sus necesidades y ofreciendo un servicio cálido y de calidad.
  • Gestión operativa y administrativa: Registro de reservas y solicitudes en Alice, gestión de correo electrónico durante el turno de noche y traspaso de información entre turnos (AM y PM).
  • Coordinación de servicios externos e internos: Comunicación con Calipodes para gestión de transfers y responsabilidad en el registro y control de paquetería.
  • Supervisión y formación: Seguimiento y capacitación del personal en prácticas para asegurar estándares de servicio.
  • Cumplimiento de normas y colaboración: Mantener relaciones laborales positivas, usar lenguaje profesional, cumplir con políticas internas, estándares de apariencia y garantizar la confidencialidad de la información.

Profil

Las COMPETENCIAS que buscamos son:

  • Persona dinámica y positiva.
  • Capacidad de organización y orientación al cliente.
  • Español, Catalán e Inglés nivel avanzado.
  • Gestión de reservas de habitaciones.
