Profil

Our ideal candidate must possess: 

• Fluent in English, German and/or Portuguese are a plus 
• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants (Michelin experience is a strong advantage) 
• Formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience 
• Familiarity with ingredient quality control and mise en place management 
• Keen attention for detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish 
• Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment 
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the kitchen team 
• Leadership potential to supervise and guide junior staff such as Commis Chefs 
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards 
• Passionate about gastronomy, with a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards 
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts
