As a Group & Events Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the hotel’s event and group management.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, plan, and execute outstanding event experiences for our clients, utilizing all the services and spaces our hotel has to offer. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions that exceed their expectations. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of all events.
You will be responsible for handling meeting, event, and group requests for private event rooms and coordinating with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences. You will issue Banquet Event Orders, ensure accurate input into Opera, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
To qualify for this position, you should have at least three years of experience in event planning, with a proven track record of managing events to a high standard. You should possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, be proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office, and have a positive attitude towards providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the 5-star hotel market in London, experience in the luxury industry, and excellent verbal and written English language skills. You should also be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
