Mission principale :
Responsable de la gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements en denrées alimentaires et matières premières pour l’établissement. Il/elle veille à la qualité, à la traçabilité, à la bonne conservation des produits, ainsi qu'à l’optimisation des coûts.
Activités et responsabilités :
Formation : Bac professionnel à Bac+2 en gestion hôtelière, logistique ou achat/approvisionnement.
Expérience : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en poste similaire, avec au moins 5 ans en restauration, hôtellerie ou restauration collective.
Langue(s) : Français courant.
