Offer description

Confectionner quotidiennement les desserts présentés dans la vitrine du restaurant
Contribuer également à la création des desserts sous la directive de la pâtissière
Respecter les ratios définissant les quantités de produits à employer, respecter les fiches techniques
Participer aux inventaires
Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant, au quotidien, les règles d’hygiène HACCP ainsi que l’utilisation adéquate du matériel.
